The captivating quietness of the countryside in Minas Gerais inspired designer Etel Carmona. During a peaceful afternoon in 2006, she created this chair that allies charming simplicity to unique comfort and beauty. It was named after Tania, a friend of Etel’s. Since they are not meant to be used alone, the plural article “as” was added to the friend’s name - which was not pluralized in order to mimic the charming speaking mannerism of people from that area.
